Continuing the tradition of open dialogue with patients, we have prepared a new specialized publication: “Endoscopic Operations on the Thyroid and Parathyroid Glands (When? For Whom? Why?).” The group of authors includes M.Y. Bolgov, O.V. Omelchuk, and M.D. Tronko.
Endoscopic surgery on the neck is precise work, the main goal of which is to achieve maximum therapeutic effect with minimal invasiveness. It is worth noting that today, the surgical department of our Institute is the only place in Ukraine where such operations are performed. Our clinical experience in this field has been accumulating since 2012.
The brochure explains the advantages, limitations, and indications for endoscopic interventions in simple and accessible language. I hope this information will help patients make informed decisions regarding their treatment. The file will also be available on the website for free download.
